01How long does a website take?+

Most standard websites take about 1–2 weeks once we have your information, photos, and feedback. Larger projects may take longer.

02Does my business own the website?+

Yes. The $350 one-time payment is due before work begins, and your business owns the completed website after delivery. Any custom domain and hosting accounts should stay in your business’s name.

03Is hosting included?+

The $350 fee covers the website design and build. Domain and hosting costs are separate, and we’ll help you choose the right setup and connect everything.

04Who purchases the domain?+

Makeway Studio helps you choose and connect the website address. When a paid custom domain is needed, it should be purchased in your business’s name so you control it. Any domain or hosting cost is separate from the $350 website fee.

05Can you update an existing website?+

Yes. That’s exactly what the optional $50 monthly updates and maintenance plan is for. It includes regular changes to your existing website, such as updating hours, prices, photos, specials, and wording.

06What counts as a monthly update?+

The optional $50 monthly plan covers routine updates to your existing website, including changes to hours, prices, photos, specials, and wording. Requests are normally completed within 2–3 business days.

07How do payments work?+

The $350 one-time payment is due before work begins and is collected through a secure Stripe invoice. It becomes non-refundable once work has started. The optional maintenance plan is billed separately at $50 per month.

08How do revisions work?+

After receiving the first draft, you have 5 business days to send one combined revision list. Small wording, photo, and layout corrections in that round are included. A completely different direction or request outside the agreed project requires a new quote.

09Can I cancel monthly maintenance?+

Yes. Monthly maintenance is optional and can be canceled before your next billing date. Let us know before the next renewal so we can stop future charges.

10What information do you need from me?+

Usually your business name, logo, services, prices, hours, contact information, photos, social links, and examples of websites or styles you like.
