Website package and payment

The standard website package costs a one-time $350 fee. Payment is due before work begins and is collected through a secure Stripe invoice. Work begins after payment and after Makeway Studio receives enough information to start the project.

No refunds after work begins

Because website work is custom and time is reserved for each project, the $350 payment becomes non-refundable once design or development work has begun. If Makeway Studio cannot begin or complete the agreed project, we will communicate with the customer and determine an appropriate resolution.

What the package includes

The package includes a professional mobile-friendly website, agreed business information, services or menu content, contact options, social links when provided, setup assistance, and one organized revision round based on the project confirmed before work begins.

Customer content and responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate business information, wording, prices, services, contact details, logos, photos, and any other content needed for the website. The customer confirms that they have permission to use all submitted content. Missing or delayed information may extend the project timeline.

Revisions and changes

The customer has 5 business days after receiving the first draft to send one combined list of requested revisions. Small wording, photo, and layout corrections within the agreed project are included. A completely different direction or work outside the agreed project requires a new quote before that additional work begins.

Domain and hosting

Domain and hosting costs are separate from the $350 website fee. Makeway Studio can help the customer choose and connect the website address. Paid custom domains and hosting accounts should remain in the customer's name so the customer keeps control of them.

Optional monthly maintenance

The optional maintenance plan costs $50 per month and covers routine updates to an existing website. Requests are normally completed within 2–3 business days. The plan may be canceled before the next billing date to stop future charges.

Website ownership

After the agreed website is completed and delivered, the customer owns the completed website created for their business. Third-party services, software, stock materials, domains, and hosting remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
