ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. The estimated processing and delivery timing shown at checkout applies to that order. Weekends, holidays, launches, and carrier delays may affect timing.

SHIPPING COSTS

Available shipping methods and prices will be displayed before payment. Makeway Studio does not add a shipping charge after an order is placed unless the customer approves a requested change.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment begins.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email used at checkout. A carrier scan may take time to appear.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Email shopmakewaystudio@gmail.com with the order number and clear photos of damaged packaging or products. We review each report using the order and carrier information available.
